With over 18 years of experience in the medical field, I implement my vision of preventive medicine as the Medical Director at Austria’s leading health promotion center, Resilienzpark Sitzenberg. Our team focuses on developing innovative concepts to enhance the resilience and longevity of our patients and participants. The combination of cutting-edge diagnostics, an interdisciplinary holistic approach, and a strong scientific foundation are the pillars of our success and our pioneering role in Europe.

In my role as team doctor and medical advisor for the first division basketball club BK Klosterneuburg Dukes and the Racketlon Federation Austria, strategies for performance optimization and injury prevention have been developed and are put into practice on a regular basis. As leading medical director at the FIBA3x3 Europe Cup as well as the Worldtour in Vienna, those strategies mentioned above supported the task combined with my experience as pro player and doctor working in professional sports.

My private practice in Vienna, where I dedicate myself to general medicine and prevention, along with my work as a keynote speaker on health promotion and longevity, underscores my commitment to a health culture based on simple, effective and science-backed principles.
